Laser therapeutic apparatus “Rodnik-1”

Laser therapeutic apparatus «Rodnik-1» has been developed in the framework of section « Lasers for Human Health» of the State Scientific and Technical Program «Laser Systems»

The apparatus has been created taking into account many years’ experience (25 years) of using the low-intensity laser radiation in medical practice.

«Rodnik-1» is a compact, multicolor, multichannel universal therapeutic apparatus. As the radiation sources, blue, red and infrared lasers are used. For continuous action, radiation sources lasing at λ=0,47 μm, λ=0,67 μm, λ=0,78 μm and for pulsed action – at λ=0,89 μm are used.

Distinctive feature of the laser therapeutic apparatus «Rodnik-1» is the presence of polarized light-emitting diode of blue spectral region in addition to laser emitters of the red and infrared spectral regions. The apparatus «Rodnik-1» provides the combined influence by radiation of blue and red, blue and infrared, red and infrared spectral regions and joint action of the laser radiation and a constant magnetic field on affection seats. The wavelength combination of blue and red spectral regions allows to enhance significantly the efficiency of laser therapy and to use given wavelength combination for the treatment of severe forms of diseases.
