The Company was formed in 1989 at the Research Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Over the period of our existence we have developed not only the “Rodnik-1” apparatus but have also worked out and supplied various types of laser therapeutic devices: “Luzar-LTY 1”, “Luzar-LTY 2”, “Luzar-LTY 3” (based on a helium-neon laser), ”Lazurit-3M” (based on the helium-neon, helium-cadmium and semiconductor lasers), “Luzar-MP”, “Rodnik-1”, “SNUG”, “Aibolit” (based on semiconductor lasers), phototherapeutic system “Romashka” (based on super bright LEDs), phototherapeutic apparatus “Malysh” (based on bright LEDs), physiotherapeutic apparatus “Ekstrasens” (based on on the base of EHF-radiations, semiconductor lasers and bright LEDs), power-level indicator of the optical radiation “NILI-Test” and diagnostic apparatus “ANKUB Spectr” to medical establishments of the Republic of Belarus and the states of the former Soviet Union.

Presently, the Research and Technical Company “Luzar” closely cooperates with the Research Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, the Design Bureau “Axicon” of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and with the leading medical establishments of the Republic of Belarus.
